How to Cope with Cabin Fever

Cabin fever is one of the main issue that has been hard to overcome during quarantine. With little interaction and waking up with a purpose for the day is hard to continue that day and stay productive. Motivation to me is based on my morals, influencers, locations, dreams, and more; however, since I am stuck in quarantine a lot of stuff I took for granted has taken some of my motivation away to help me finish tasks. Nevertheless, things I’ve found to help me through these times is simply calling or FaceTiming my friends to still keep a connection and interaction with other people by hearing about their day and know I’m not alone. Another trick is to find a way to take some time for yourself to get some Vitamin D by walking outside for a second to get some fresh air. It’s not good to keep yourself in a locked room all day because your mental and physical health suffers in the long run, therefore by just sitting outside helps rejuvenate the body and mind to have an optimistic view to keep going.
